It’s finally happened, guys. The leaves are changing, there’s a chill in the air, and summer is officially over. We’re summer girlies so this definitely is a struggle for us, but the only thing that gets us ready for fall is fully embracing it. We’re pulling out our fall wardrobe, picking our wear-everyday fall boots, leaning in to cozy girl autumn. I might inquire if Starbucks has an IV service to constantly inject pumpkin spice latte into my body.
One thing that makes me less sad about the end of summer (and you know what I’m about to say) the Matisse Caty boots!! We have black now, which I know lots of people have been looking forward to. This year, we also ordered the most gorgeous gold color! The easiest/cutest fall uniform is Remis, Catys, and a blue pepper sweater. I know that’s what I’ll be living in this month!
Another fun part of fall fashion is being able to wear clothes in materials that will make you sweat to death in the summer. I’m thinking specifically of faux leather and denim everything. Any of our cute new sweaters are absolutely adorable with faux leather leggings or flares, which is definitely not a wearable summer fit. And DENIM! We picked up Pistola, so right now we have the ultimate best oversized denim jacket in store. My personal favorite fall denim outfit right now is the Pistola denim DRESS! Yes, you heard me. It’s like a mini skirt with a button up tucked in, but full denim and all one piece. Throw it on and it’s an immediate outfit! Because sometimes, when it’s a cold morning, it takes us a little extra time to get out of our warm cozy beds.
We accidentally ordered 2 billion sweaters this year, but you guys seem to be stoked about it so come keep looking! We restocked a few faves and ordered some new ones recently. Sweaters are really the most important base piece for fall looks so make sure you secure a couple great ones to keep you cozy and cute all autumn long.
