Tulle Me Twice Skirt

Our best-selling holiday skirt from last year!  We HAD TO reorder!! (and add a color!)  Mainly because this skirt is not just for the holidays!  Annie has been known to rock this skirt all year long.  With the elastic waistband (for extra comfort) and layers of tulle; this skirt is lined shorter, so it's extra sassy.  Pair with a band tee, a denim jacket and some booties or dress her up with a white cardi and some sky high heels.  SO freaking cute!  Don't sleep on this piece... you'll be thinking of ways you could've worn her all year!
